Hart and The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, today announces four key staff additions to its asset management and acquisitions teams, strengthening the senior leadership of its Los Angeles and Newport Beach offices with Lynn Owen as Senior Managing Director of Asset Management and Portfolio Operations, Mark Enfield as Chief Administrative Officer, Tammi Warner as Senior Transaction Manager and Zach Rivas as Acquisitions Associate.

Lynn Owen, Senior Managing Director of Asset Management and Portfolio Operations
Owen brings more than 28 years of property management operations experience to her new role at TruAmerica where she will be overseeing all of the firm’s asset management and property operations functions. Most recently she served as Senior Director of Real Estate at Greystar Real Estate Partners, which acquired her company, Glacier Real Estate Services, in 2010. Her previous experience includes senior management positions at Etico Property Management, Allied Group, Lexford NW, New Ventures and C.G. Rein. Ms. Owen worked with numerous institutional clients overseeing third party property operations in the Pacific Northwest.
Mark Enfield, Chief Administrative Officer
Enfield brings over 14 years of experience in real estate finance, investment, asset management, investor reporting and portfolio management. He will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all aspects of TruAmerica, including portfolio reporting, venture compliance, risk management, investor relations, corporate governance and financial operations. Previously, Enfield was the President of Keystone Real Estate Project Management and held senior positions at CityView, Saybrook Capital, LLC, and Western Pacific Housing/Schuler Homes.
Tammi Warner, Senior Transaction Manager
Warner is a multifamily finance professional with over 15 years of experience in debt financing of conventional multifamily, senior housing, and student properties. She will be responsible for transaction management at TruAmerica, working closely with the acquisition team to help facilitate property due diligence, loan procurement, and equity partner coordination. Prior to joining TruAmerica, Warner held senior underwriting positions with Walker & Dunlop, LLC and Capmark Finance, Inc.
Zach Rivas, Acquisitions Associate
Rivas will take on a broad array of responsibilities to support TruAmerica’s acquisition team. Previously, he served as an Analyst/Associate in the Multifamily Capital Markets Group of Jones Lang LaSalle and as an Investment Analyst at Apartment Realty Advisors.
