TruAmerica Multifamily, a national, institutionally-focused multifamily investment firm, has expanded its Nevada multifamily portfolio with the acquisition of Parkway Townhomes, a property comprised of 234 townhomes located at 2675 Windmill Parkway in Henderson, NV. The acquisition marks TruAmerica’s 15th active property in the Las Vegas MSA.
