Located in the Town of Hudson, the property is located less than ten minutes from the Assabet River Trail, where outdoor enthusiasts can walk, bike, and run. Highlands at Hudson offers residents convenient access to I-495, Route 20, and Route 90/Mass Pike. MetroWest, which includes Marlborough and Hudson, is home to 700k+ jobs with major employers like Raytheon, Boston Scientific, Bose, Amazon Robotics, Dell/EMC, and UMass Memorial Medical Center. MetroWest contains the largest life science cluster in America and has benefitted from sustained growth in the biotechnology and life sciences industries.

TruAmerica will also make select upgrades to the exteriors and amenities, including refreshed common area FF&E, upgraded landscaping, and rebranded signage.
