TruAmerica Multifamily expanded its portfolio in the Las Vegas MSA with the acquisition of Vue 5325 in Las Vegas, NV. Vue 5325 is TruAmerica’s 3rd acquisition of 2020 and represents the 14th property in the Las Vegas MSA overall. TruAmerica’s business plan is to bring all units to a consistent, fully-renovated status by renovating both the partially-renovated and classic homes. TruAmerica also plans to make targeted, accretive improvements to the property’s exteriors and amenity spaces, including refreshing the main pool area and dog park with new furniture/equipment, installing package lockers, and painting the exteriors.
