Canterbury Cove (f/k/a ARIUM Falcon Pines) represents the Company’s fifth investment in the state of Florida and third investment in the Orlando MSA.  Apartment fundamentals in Orlando remain strong as the MSA continues to lead the nation in job growth and population growth.  Prior ownership completed modest interior renovations to a portion of the apartment homes.  TruAmerica plans to expand upon this proven value-add concept by upgrading the remaining apartment homes to a more modern finish while making targeted improvements to select common areas and amenity spaces.
