Value-Add Strategy

Strong Sourcing, Focused Improvements, Enhanced Value

Our value-add platform is grounded in sound investment strategies and sensible underwriting principles. This allows us to take advantage of supply and cost imbalances that exist in today’s multifamily market and results in durable cash flows from rapidly and fully leased-up properties.

We constantly seek new acquisition opportunities in our target markets. Our strong deal-sourcing relationships grant us preferred access to available properties and portfolios, often before they come to market.

Our Focus

We focus on Class B communities that will benefit from our value creation process and enhance the net asset value of our investments. Our sourcing and screening parameters are closely defined, but we also expand our investment scope where appropriate to take advantage of market opportunities.
